I find it funny that the country and college football fans still view Miami as this inner city school in a bad neighborhood and no resources

They still don't realize the University of Miami is a private school, great neighborhood, many of it's students come from upper middle class, or higher and the school is full of resources

The stereotype is still how they view this school

I've had a few people make that type of remark to me. I always reply - "Obviously you've never been to Coral Gables."
