Johnson-Cook is on a different level. Miami offering a few of his teammates is huge. Hopefully they all come down during the offseason.

Heck it doesn’t even have to be a pro bowler I just want a guy who can pound between the tackles but has vision feet and speed.

Agreed. Plus we should have an influx of cash from conference rev sharing. We’re at the top of viewership for the ACC. I’m typically against spending on RB big but **** it.

Why cant we get a big fast high rated RB one time?

I think its the Mario model. Either we get a small back who is supooae to be fast but isnt a blur or a big plodding back that can't change direction and has very little burst. We cant find that kid who is more complete. Big enough to run thru and arm tackle...good enough wiggle to avoid one + the speed to house it. ND has 2 rbs in the same back field who can do that consistently. We should be able to find at least one every other cycle. Teams like ND seemingly get one every cycle.

Maybe the kid picked the players out; it's his recruitment. Who cares who anyone else thinks it should be? People will really complain about anything.
