They cover the middle of the field and make them beat you outside

A delayed blitz is so stupid in most situations. It only works well against very specific play calls

Manny crapped the bed ALOT in this game. Let's count them:

1. the first quarter
2. 4/14
3. not calling a timeout sooner on the 1st and goal play. let 12 seconds run off the clock.
4. not letting FSU score and putting the ball in his offense hands to win or tie the game with plenty of time to do it.
5. penalties.
6. bad defensive calling. rushing 3 and not having a clue.

Yeah, if you want to lose. Guessing you’re being sarcastic but I can’t tell because I’m ****ed. Any QB can complete a pass into a soft zone if he has all freakin day. I’m not saying blitz, but you better have at least four guys guys getting after him. If takes freaking time for the receivers to run 15 yards. QB has to then make a t under duress
