First post and just watching the VT beat down again. I couldn't help but thinking some of those late PF/PI/RP calls were "intentional" instead of sloppy play.

Anyone think it might be us sending ND a message and putting trying to flush out there mistakes early?

Nah. Don't think thats the case. We were just playing hard til the final whistle. No sense in "Intentionally" getting a PF with targeting and missing the 1st half of the next game. Our boys were playing hard and just sticking it to VT one last time.
 
Probably, I just couldn't help but to think it was a possibility. We were playing really clean for the most part until then. Almost like we wanted to shake Wimbush every time he watched film lol.
 
That was old school Canes man. Take all the penalties and still whoop their *****. They were just locked in and hitting everything in sight.
 
Game was out of reach. I think it was more sending a message to VT, especially the QB.
 
Loved it! Hopefully it's even more emotion after we put ND away. They wanted statements, here ya go
 
McIntosh definitely could have held up, but he said ***** it. This guy needs to feel me.

Never said I was complaining lol. Just feel like since we knew we had it put away it was time to eat some QB w a side of penalties. Don't take my post as b***ing at all. Just hope ND see's it and thinks twice about waiting for a play to develop and makes some mistakes that wouldn't normally happen.

The last five minutes of cruelty those boys were dishing out falls all on Fuente. He was trying to "finish" the game and **** well got some of his boys killed. I live in Richmond and its been awfully quiet here for 2 days. No one in the local media that I have heard has even questioned it either. The most ridiculous thing I heard today is someone said the gap between Tech and Miami isn't as large as the gap between Clemson and Miami and I almost choked on my coffee. The best thing ever was watching the Defense finish that game
