Awesome. He single handedly shut down the dive on the triple option. LBs could flow to Rozier every time because Tony had the middle locked down.
And Sisk, Fernandez and Brophy flowed all game long. Bellinger did a good job at containing the edge as well.

Old people party I see :ROFLMAO:. I'm jealous all I've known is pain
I really feel for the younger generations of Canes fans. To be fair, I was only 6 when this game happened, but re-watched it endlessly on VHS. I can only say thank you for hanging in there. I truly believe there are brighter days ahead.

I hope you're right. No changing here through good and bad sticking with our Canes.

I encourage anyone who has never watched this game to do so. The extreme highs and lows were unlike any I have ever witnessed in a game. We went up big. They came back. We went up big. They came back. Then that ending... The whole darn game was like that ending. Every play felt like life and death.

What people need to understand about that matchup is this. People were upset that Nebraska was playing lowly Miami. All the other "good" teams were locked into other bowls. So lucky Nebraska got to play that scrappy Miami squad that was lucky to be there. Nebraska was going to ROLL Miami.

Just watch the game if you haven't. You'll be glad you did.

The greatest college football game played.

Considering the stakes and the David and Goliath matchup.

The ebbs and flows were like a classic heavyweight fight between a world champion and an emerging contender.
