It doesn’t matter what other schools do. Winning helps US recruit better.

We are so unique that comparing us to other teams is pointless. When we win, we get better classes as long as our recruiters are competent. Fluke seasons by Pitt and MSU don’t change that.
 
Wait. I haven’t been following this recruitment heavy with new job stuff going on but checked the gram and saw August 20? Can I get a TL:dr of new developments and if he is committing to us tonight?

Changed his commitment date to 7/20 a few weeks ago.
7/19 he says on Twitter "I won't be committing tomorrow"
Speculation he will commit today instead.
Speculation continues.
