This is true, unfortunately.

Sony was already looking by the time he was a sophomore. And we had staff turnover and a scandal. This feels very different.

Ice is going to be sitting in on the meetings on campus and sell the parents on being the local "father figure" looking out for the players. Local legend FB coach, it should carry some weight in So Fla, help the staff with So Fla families, also helps open the door with local coaches.
