Why the **** would we even want Mario no less pay him a million $$$?

There will be no NC without Butch on staff to recruit. He can be DC to Chud maybe but Mario is a complete waste of money. Get Butch and there is no need to spend money on coaches who supposedly can recruit but can't coach.
 
4 million for Butch -- he would take less but we owe him for the last NC.

Whatever Butch needs for the rest of staff he picks. (Forget anyone you think we should have. Butch is better at picking assistants than any of us.)
 
The coaching staff today including Golden, gets about $5MM. Compare that to FSU who's staff gets over $9MM, and UM has to open up the checkbook if they truly want to be competitive.

This means at the very least the following:
HC - $3.5MM
OC - $1MM
DC - $1MM
WR - $250k
RB - $250k
DL - $250k
LB - $250k
DB - $250k
ST - $250k

This is $7MM easy. Minimum starting point.

I have sauces:

the BBQ tells me that it's perfectly spicy;

the Marinara tells me it's too tangy;

the Hollandaise tells me it's too salty;

the Rujak tells me it's too sweet.

In other words, my sauces are in complete disagreement, and are probably guessing; JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.
