4 Assistant Coaches Officially announced

Our defensive line is actually going to be fun to watch again.

We used to compeltely overwhelm teams just based on our DL alone. I expect we see that with this guy.

That's how Mizzou has been competitive in the SEC since they joined as well.

With Kool getting better athletes at Miami, I'm anxious to see that unit carry the defense and maybe the team

All positions are important, but now im most excited to hear DC, O line, then strength and conditioning. I really hope Richt knocks it out of the ball park with those 3 hires. Do that, and we can talk playoffs next year. Wow its exciting to be a canes fan again.

Yep. We used to be feared for our DL alone. We've had great players all over the field, but our DL used to set the tone for the entire team. Coach Kool seems like on top of being a great coach he'll find guys with the old school Miami attitude to play for us.

Coley is the only coach i want to retain. Richts calling the plays, and all we need Coley to do is keep landing us stud QBs. Hes elite in that regard, and that is pivotal to our sucess. Id hope we name him qb coach/recruiting cordinator. Hel have more time to focus on recruiting now that he wont be calling plays anymore. As far as Scott, hes a little too Goldenized for me.

Waiting on the DC. These look okay. Kool seems a great hire. I have a problem using a coaching spot for Mark's kid. We are limited by NCAA and really need all the good coaches we can get. I'm okay with him having a job, but not one at the expense of a real coach.

What coaching spot?!?!?#? Hes an ofensive assistant a made up title. he worked for the bills

Offensive assistant doesn't count for a coaching spot, its either a GA or quality control position.

How is he elite at 'landing' QBs? Because he got Kaaya (who is the definition of average)?

It's an offensive assistant job and he had a job in the NFL so he's not some chump coach. He'll likely help his dad with installing the offense. We'll be just fine.

Lol at average. Here we go with this **** again.

He's 40th in passing efficiency. What else would you call him?

I love how people say that Kaaya is the "definition of average." Please show your work on that one.

What would you rate his OL? Or the grossly inept offensive coordinator you don't even want to keep on staff.

So his passing efficiency would be much improved if they were, dunno, average?

So your argument is based purely on speculation?

Jameis Winston? 1st pick?
Kaaya, projected 1st pick?

It starts with the head coach. By your way of thinking, every single player we have is average, below average, suck. Have you not seen it over and over again, our players go on to ball in the pros? We have had **** for coaching, what do you expect? Aqm, Thomas, Norton, Burns, Bush etc. suck too because there putting up average/below average stats?

Yeah it's based entirely off speculation. Kaaya is average (Even though you just posted one select stat showing that he's well above median for FBS starting QB's, and that's with a horrific OL and awful skill players).

Happy? Will you shut up now?
