yea I like this board because sometimes the info from other places is compiled over here...also this crowd is quick to react to twitter news which I like

I am as frustrated as everyone about this season cuz like Dmoney said we might have a top 5 RB and then the single best LB and TE in the nation. The FSU game was a perfect example of missed opportunities. I think if Dobard doesnt fumble, Braxton makes that catch...we dont miss that extra point or field goal we win that game.....In fact if were were 1 for 4 on those I still think we win the game....it sucked

plus the luck of Williams catching that McCord tipped pass....its gut wrenching man

I dont think it was the play calling that hurt us in the 2nd half....FSU adjusted and played 2 deep alot more and we missed all of our deep shots

I think the narrative of everyone saying we played conservative and tried to run the clock out is wrong...we still played aggressively but the plays were not made like they were in the 1st half...also Duke cramping up in key moments and on the last drive sucked

Overall yea disappointed at the whole team for not coming through because we really just needed one more play to win

And if FSU doesn't have a terrible first half, and turn the ball over they might have blown us out. It's the way the game goes. They won and we lost. All these "ifs" are bull****

Miami has the best record in the Coastal Division. We only lost one game, all the other teams lost at least two games in the division. We didn't win the title because we played the toughest interdivisional schedule, FSU and Louisville. BTW, no other coach at Miami has won the Coastal either.

Everybody on this board is either a kneejerk hater or a slurper. I think that a more realistic assessment is that we need to make some changes on defense, starting with the "bend but don't break" philosophy that cost us at least the Georgia Tech game, but I see improvement on both sides of the ball.

And one of the three ****tiest coastal teams beat that vaunted cross conference opponent, Louisville.

You know you have a coaching issue when two teams you drug are ranked above you in a really bad division of a mediocre conference.

We need a new head coach we don't need improvement we need championships, ag clearly pulled of the throttle In the second half to start playing chicken **** football. He couldn't get it done in Temple when he had more talent and he will never get it done in Miami. Face it when your a chicken **** type coach you always be one

I wish I could neg and rep this post at the same time. You managed to insult everyone on the site in one post. Good job....I guess. I do agree about the defense though. The "bend but don't break" caused us to improve statistically, but killed us vs. Neb and GT. I think everyone would trade the stats for a couple more wins, if that were possible.
 
UVA beat UL. Crapping our pants in thatr game is NO excuse for not winning the Coastal. Four years, and NOTHING but excuses form the Goldenphiles.
