3 things you would change about the program?

1. Coaches (Butch or some smart young coach who knows what he's doing. Ped State coaches don't understand SFL football. (Yeah. You said no coaches but nothing works unless this happens,)
2. Stadium (Build a new one at Tropical Park)
3. Practice facilities. (Indoor practice field for openers.)

1. Get rid of ******ry in passive new fan base. Demand championships again.
2. Replace Richard Fain
3. Fire Morris (winning programs breed other winning programs)

1. An administration that cares about football
2. An administration that cares about football
3. An administration that cares about football

1. indoor practice facility
2. our own stadium near campus
3. make concerted effort to keep local recruits home

1. A qualified administration that can make sound football decisions.
1. A qualified head coach that is hand picked by the aforementioned qualified administration.

1) Most important is the stadium. Nothing trumps that.

2) Indoor practice facility or at least a bubble

3) Sliding scale for football only for about 3 recruits per year. That's about 12 total at any given point.

4) Coaches who understand the mentality and strengths of South Florida high school football

5) Profit

Fire AG,

Fire the person who did not fire AG

Slap Donna Shalala for every ****ed up hire

go back to the 4-3, i know we hybrid just like everyone, but i think it scares dl recruits off. we also run it like ****.

get rid of our silly academic requirement for athletic scholarships, its only marginal anyway, whats the difference in an 18 or 21 on the act or a 2.2 and a 2.7. who gives ****, its irrelevant. kinda like high school language classes. cost us valentine, which is huge. we dont recover from that kinda thing. i dont know what the exact differences are, but they are marginal and useless.

recruit ******* ballers. bad ***, ballin *** kids. who gives a **** what ****** marketing camp they went to or what some dumbass "recruiting expert" thinks.

i didnt play high school ball in south florida, but i played in the greater new orleans area, theres a big difference in confidence level and experience and killer instinct compared to all the groomed up from birth camp kids. im not sayin pass up talent, but we gotta stop overlooking ballers on account of "only 5'9", etc".

1. Fire everyone in the organization starting with Shalala and hire a President who appeals to athletics and academics
2. Hire Butch Davis
3. Build a Stadium next to the school or within the vicinity.

i cant think of any scenario where we build a stadium, and this is a sore spot for a lot of us, but i wouldnt mind playin at marlins park, i know that sounds blasphemous, but it beats sun life(cause of distance). given no other options, i would choose marlins park over sun life.
