3 things you would change about the program?

1. Stadium (New orange bowl with open end)
2. New schemes (spread offense and 4-3 d)
3. New s and c program

1. New Stadium
2. Burn the stupid new helmets and wear more Orange/White
3. Clean house at the Athletic Department

1. Aggressive 4-3 defense

2. Play less guys on defense. Keep our best guys out there. Not only should having our best guys out there more help because of talent but it will hopefully light a fire under the asses of guys that aren't playing. If you are a backup and still get in the game a good amount it just seems more likely you won't work as hard in practice since you know you will get in the game regardless of your backup status. Obviously backups are critical and some guys specialize in certain situations but if less guys are getting majority of the reps the competition will increase because guys know that if they are the back up they aren't getting 30 or so snaps a game as they are now.

3. Improved facilities

1. switch gray crow back to h-back
2. switch gray crow back to quarterback
3. switch gray crow back to h-back

1. New Stadium
2. Burn the stupid new helmets and wear more Orange/White
3. Clean house at the Athletic Department

What they wear has nothing to do with anything. You aren't the one playing and if the players like it, thats all that matters. Just trying to be skeptical of everything possible

- recruit south florida properly. identity the sleepers and take them.
- go back to 4-3
- move hurlie to db new lb coach replace jethro

I would time-travel back several years and save the OB. I would fire Coker in 2004 and hire a proven HC. I wouldn't need a third thing.

Ok guys I'm bored......

Give me three thing you would change next season ?
(No coaches or AD change not include) scheme ,position change , recruiting, etc etc is on the table..

No HC, staff or even AD change? Fattaweenie Alfredo, Second Mile Drito and the FUBAR staff still there? Okay:

1. To avoid uncomfortable quaestion, Cabin Stewards will wear less noticible dark jackets instead of white jackets

2. Herbed Cornish Hens will be served in the dining room as opposed to hens with a mushroom cream sauce; the sauce will drip off the plate due to the list

3. Rearrange the deck chairs to the side coming out of the water to prevent passangers from sliding down across the deck to the gunwales

1. lower the academic entry standards for recruits to match all the other schools who have an advantage over us

1. Golden learns how to put results over loyalty and make hard decisions.
2. That the administration never, ever hires someone from the Big Ten as head coach again.
3. Rebuild the Mecca of Hurricanes football and make it a place to be feared.

1. Spread offense
2. Aggressive one-gap defense
3. I would recruit any and every body who balled out in South Florida, whether they're 5'9" or 6'9", to prevent unheralded kids from going to (ex:) Louisville and becoming All Americans. My general rule would be: If they shined in South Florida, they can play anywhere. Give me McKenzie, give me Hoggins, give me Dowels, give me Burgess, etc etc etc.

You're hired
