Give me three thing you would change next season ?
(No coaches or AD change not include) scheme ,position change , recruiting, etc etc is on the table..

1. go back to a 4-3 & play press man coverage w/ our DB's
2. Fire Jethro hire a real D-line coach who coaches to the players strengths
3. use the fullback more especially on short-yrd goal line like Alabama

1) use the sliding scale for entrance requirements
2) fire Swasey and hire a science-based forward thinking S&C guy
3) increase football only spending

1. Spread offense
2. Aggressive one-gap defense
3. I would recruit any and every body who balled out in South Florida, whether they're 5'9" or 6'9", to prevent unheralded kids from going to (ex:) Louisville and becoming All Americans. My general rule would be: If they shined in South Florida, they can play anywhere. Give me McKenzie, give me Hoggins, give me Dowels, give me Burgess, etc etc etc.

Yeah we don't use the Fullback as a weapon at all..
Remember Davenport,Highsmith played some Fullback ,Melvin Bratton line up as HB
and who the kid Dorsey use as a security blanket now he's a boxer? (Hill)

1) Build a smaller, comfortable, loud stadium at Tropical Park.
2) Play a scheme(offense or defense) that fits our talent.
3) Get back to anybody, anywhere, anytime. Go Canes

1) an administration that cares about football
2) a stadium closer to campus
3) an administration that cares about football

1. gut the entire football staff and spend on a qualified staff that doesn't make excuses or one liners
2. indoor practice facility
3. hire a president that genuinely cares about athletics

Any change other than at the top will make no difference. President ➡ AD ➡ HC ➡ Staff ➡ Players = results
