Three choices that’s must be made. No if, ands, or buts about it.

(1) Hire a new OC who has COMPLETE control of the offense. No Mario or Mirabal influence within 100 feet of our offense moving forward.

(2) Hire Special Teams Coach who also is tasked with reducing stupid penalties.

(3) Play to win. Throwing the conservative game planning out the window. Play to WIN. Don’t play to lose. That last drive where we could’ve sealed a win, we went into a shell.

Also a bonus point: talk to Saban, Orgerom, whoever to understand why you’re such a terrible gameday coach.

Not sure how you change #3. Can't delegate those decisions.

When it gets down to the scary situations in games some smell blood and attack -- some cower, tense up and go with what they find to be lease risk adverse.

For as "tough" as Cristobal is hes pushed wayyyy into the extreme end of the fear spectrum. It's biological

One thing he can do for free is to give the OC full autonomy. None of this Mirabal having a say in the running game stuff. Give it all to the OC b/c that's what you're paying the OC for.

He's been at this almost 20 years...

I suspect dance with the one that brought you...

All he has to do is get rid of the mic on his headset !! He should provide zero insight during the game!

choice 4, run up the middle with a 170 lb back.

the biggest issue is we are so worried about recruiting that we cant actually focus on what matters - winning the game.

Your ideas have merit. Most have been discussed here for a long time.

One thing to remember. Those in power like to stay in power. To get a narcissistic coach to give that all up is akin to cutting off his sack.

That’s how all these guys are and how most of them got this far. So to expect a change now isn’t happening. We’ve seen this movie so many times since Coker took over why should we expect anything different. Our beloved team will not return to greatness. It’s over man.

Just enjoy September and October then get ready to check out in November every year.

You mean the drive where we threw it down field to a receiver being held?

Basically what you are saying is that the less he does , the better.

Don’t hold your breath. It would be better to fire him. There’s gonna be a player revolt - fans are already done. The man is cooked.

But he has to hire a innovative offensive coordinator, and not one to run his infamous “bro ball”

We’ve done this since 2022.

Mario is NOT going anywhere with his guaranteed 10 year $80million dollar contract. He is in year 4 and probably has 4 more seasons before we would even consider a buyout!

Orgeron’s son is one of the analysts on staff.

Scarier thought- he was going to be a federal agent carrying a fireman??

They could probably fix a lot of this just but incorporating good analyst input and Mario deciding he wants to blow everyone out and is gonna play unscared from now on.
