3/22/24 Game 22: ND 12-9 L

Ziehl and Schlesinger are going to think they are back in New York pitching with the weather they will experience in South Bend.
 
Any quick breakdown of ND? Do they have any Aces we'll struggle with? any big bats?
 
Their pitching(specifically their pen) has been pretty bad(when they get Findlay back it will help) and their hitting is just ok. But they do hit a lot of Homeruns.

But they tend to field it and don’t make many self inflicted mistakes. That’s a Stiffler trademark since his days at VCU (yes their coach is Shawn Stiffler)

All that said like some have mentioned the weather is going to be brutal for some of our kids and ND isn’t getting their doors blown off regularly.

On Paper this is the one series we should win fairly easy. But the weather really is a concern and can we have some magic away from Home.

I doubt either team hits a lot of HRs this weekend w these temps, and winds out of the E and N at 12 - 15 MPH. Hope we take that into account in our plate approach.
