3:10pm Golden on ESPNU

They criticized Golden pretty good.

-Showed his record vs Shannon over the first 4 years. Said "no difference except for the picture"
-Desmond went on a little rant saying you can't lose to the Pitt's and UVA's of the world and that the fans won't accept another 6 win year

We won't accept another day of that piece of **** but better than nothing I guess.
 
They are making a mockery out of Golden on ESPN this is hilarious. He's a joke everybody sees it except the BOT our president and our clueless AD.
 
Anyone surprised he didn't talk about the #Swag16 class? A few other coaches have mentioned 2016, but Golden says nothing.
 
It's priceless that they put that graphic up of him and Shannon. Fat Al thanked them for using a recent picture since all the others the past few years had a cloud in them.
 
When asked on WQAM just now about criticism over this staff not focusing enough on recruiting in our backyard...

"I don't know how you recruit any harder than we are locally" - Al Golden.

"We are recruiting our tails off locally." - Al Golden.

"We would never drive past anybody to get somebody who's further away." - Al Golden.

Golden then mentioned a lack of local OL. That's the one position he's going to harp on. He's never going to bring up WRs, LBs, or CBs.

If say with these recent events that it was a successful NSD. ESPN crowned us. Need more of it but it's a start.

which is to turn us into a UVA read and react big and plodding abomination.
 
The BoT doesn't care about winning, that much is clear. Depressing, but it's been this way for over a decade. Embarrassing.
