Can anybody explain why you call two timeouts in the third quarter at 3rd and 18 or 3rd and 21, is the saving of the five yard penalty for delay of game that important? Is there such a significant difference between 3rd and 23 and 3rd and 26? Just trying to understand the Golden/Coley strategy.
