Sikes’ pick 6 was sweet. Canes ranked #1, defending NC. First regular season game with against UF since 1987, 90K at Canesville. Miami outplaying the Gaytor but just can’t seem to put the game away. UF down 27-16 but driving. Sikes makes a great read, Grossman doesn’t see him, and history. 34-16 and all but over entering the 4th quarter. Early season game though, and maybe the opponent makes the play bigger?

some one got leveled by taylor

I actually voted twice for the ND picks not only for being great plays but backbreakers for that piece of crap program.

Dont know if mentioned already but McDougle's pick 6 against UDub in 01 was great and entertaining as he dove in from the 5 yard line it seemed:)

I'm surprised Clark's INT isn't higher.
I gotta go with that one.

The one that sealed another natty for us.
I suspect many posters are too young to remember, or weren’t born yet.

That’s why Bandy’s pick 6 vs ND is getting so many votes.

Miami had 6 picks in the 2001 Washington game. Fun!

Vilma, Chris Campbell (RIP), McDougle (TD), Lewis, Fitzgerald, and Rolle.

Fred Marion. One of the all-time great NFL Canes.
Yes. After you mentioned this, I looked him up. Nice 9-year career with the Patriots. 29 career INTs.

His Wikipedia page references an article in the Gainesville Sun, “Five greatest Gainesville athletes to stiff the Gators”. Bonus points! I’ll assume Clinton Portis is also on that list. The article is behind a paywall.

Didn't see the last three as ABC figured some of the country were tired of witnessing that beating.

After 2002, I was so sure Greg Jones was going to run all over us in the rain.

Sean Taylor turned out to be the star that day.
