25-26 Transfers

Nobody said it was a secret hire. However, Moran is not currently available to recruit. Nor is anyone else.

I am pointing out that the Jai Lucas slurpers were telling us that Miami's early hire was going to pay dividends, and that if we waited to hire a candidate with HEAD coaching experience, we were going to miss out in the Portal.

Looks like those claims were untrue.

I hope that Moran will someday pay dividends in HS recruiting. I hope that Pastrana will someday be announced as a hire and will join Lucas on the recruiting trail. I hope that someday we will have 15 scholarship players.

Certain porsters underestimate the size of the head coaching job and the inherent responsibilities.

And it doesn't help that we have a limp-**** Athletic Director right now.
Not sure what the hold up is on the official hiring announcements for the new assistant coaches on staff but from what I've heard, both Pastrana and Moran are already out recruiting. And from what I can tell, both are already paying dividends.

Yea this guy would be a great fit. I know he's a guard, but he can play the 3.

PG: Tre Donaldson/Dante Allen
SG: Tru Williams/Passmore or Zrno
SF: Cedric Coward/Zrno or Marcus Allen
PF: Renue/Tre Carroll
C: Ernest Udeh
Enough to make the tournament.

There’s a lot more to his game than the 3 and defense, averaging 3+ assists and 3+ rebounds, he seems to be a pretty solid all around player, he just wasn’t the focal point of his team’s offense.

My comment wasn't intended to disrespect the kid. It was intended to highlight two things he is really good at are two areas of need for this team.
Personally, I want atleast four D and 3 guys on the wings in Coral Gables.

Apparently Tennessee is throwing the farm at him
We have a lot of them, do you know where the farm is? Out in the sticks in Rutledge, or maybe just outside of Maryville. I would prefer Maryville personally, but you’ll probably never get neighbors in Rutledge.
