I gave the link to all transfer positions in order in post 10 Mk. I don't necessarily agree with them but they have Walker as 0.93 rating and King as 0.91.

He's not. He's a system QB that fit Ruggiero's offense at Wake perfectly.

He's not gonna be as good at UGA in Todd Monken's system with less easy defined reads & less QB runs.
