24 season tickets

I can't figure out why I'm not able to access my season tickets via the Hurricanes app or website. I click "My Account" and it just never loads on both app and website.

Does anyone else have this issue? I'm out of the country, is that why?

I’d assume that’s it.. I can login in and get my tickets for Saturday already.
