Problem is you have football on Thursday night. This should be at least on Fox sports. In that slot they have Southern vs Baylor go figure.

Hoping to change Lady Canes current luck, or lack thereof. After 3 great quarters and a large lead, they ran out of steam and are up by only 1 with a few minutes left. Let's do it. Go Canes!

Held on, whew, nail-biter, 1 point lead with less than a minute. But nbr 24 Lady Canes finally beat Nbr 19 Marquette! Well done!

Wow Katie might finally have something. Nice way to protect a 1pt lead and then closeout. You can see in her post pressers she thinks shes got something special. Congrats Lady's.

She's had great teams before, but things happen in March. I don't think she forgets how to coach, but crazy crap has this weird tendency of happening. Whether it's a mediocre team having the night of their lives, or someone getting hurt right before the tournament, things seem to always go down for this program.

Frankly, her best team at Miami got the crappiest draw I've ever seen, and were forced to play a 12 seed ON THEIR HOME FLOOR. That was without arguably the most athletic player on the team, who got sent home before the first round game. That was the team that should have gone on a run, and broken through. Frankly, that 2010 squad was the kind of team that could and most likely should have been in the Elite 8 or better.

One thing she alludes to is she has two bigs something we haven't had in the past.

That is true. Mompremier is arguably the most skilled big she's ever had. Frankly, Mompremier is the kind of player Miami never gets, and is usually the difference between Miami and the truly elite programs.

They looked unimpressive for 3 quarters. Then they "woked" 4th quarter full court press inbounds stuff pushy.... while Cane Ladies looked asleep. Almost gave it away. up 15 then with a minute up 1, but held on. Nail biter.
