NFL '24-25 Coaching Carousel Thread

The Raiders, Browns, Titans would like to know exactly how these are ranked.
There's good competition there.

But the Saints job would be #1 if the Jaguars actually kept Baalke as the GM. Think the Jets HC wanted them to fire their GM, which in essence means get rid of their moronic Salary Cap logic and basically nuke the team, which ownership refused.

No money in the world and no control over a team would make me go there. None.

Truth be told, the NFL is a mediocrity-based league. The aforementioned teams don't really have much incentive to win championships as the money will always come, divied up among all teams. With that money, they have ample budget to poach coaches. Coaches know what they are getting into, but it's an opportunity for a pay raise and, of course, the worse the franchise is, the higher draft picks they get. They also don't have to develop talent as that is what college FB is for and they certainly don't have to worry about being related from the league for not winning. What a paradise for these owners.

And the value of every franchise is always going up.
