Very curious about the hires Mayo makes. As a former defensive player and DC, safe to say the defense is his specialty. Wonder if he goes for a young innovative type or if he tries to bring in established names to help with the transition. Exciting offseason for Pats fans lol.

The Falcons had a pretty good run Defense this year under him, so with better personnel he should do well in Jacksonville.

I'm not so sure Mike Caldwell was really the issue with Jax, aside from the Niners & Ravens they really didn't get blown out by most of the teams they lost to this year. I think Press Taylor should be under the microscope just as much as anyone in Jacksonville, with the weapons you guys have that Offense should be a lot better than it is.

I think Klint Kubiak gets an OC job somewhere, same with Zac Robinson. Hopefully one of them lands in Pittsburgh
