Standing at 6-foot-4, 189-pounds, 2028 Glassboro (NJ) wide receiver Mekhi Parker announced on his social media yesterday afternoon that he has received a scholarship offer to play for the University of Miami.
Miami now joins a list of offers for Parker: Miami, Alabama, Boston College, North Carolina, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Wake Forest, among others.
According to the 247Sports Composite Rankings, Parker is currently viewed as a four-star prospect. The website also list him as the No. 165 player nationally, No. 21 wide receiver, and No. 7 player out of New Jersey.
This past season with Glassboro High School, he tallied a total of 884 receiving yards for 13 touchdowns. On the defensive side of the ball, he wrapped up his sophomore season with 21 tackles, three pass deflections, three interceptions, and one forced fumble.
