“I don’t know,” Matthews said. “I love Coach Mirabal and Coach Cristobal. They’ve shown me a lot through the process. Hopefully, I keep an amazing connection with them and guys on the team.”

Whatever Mario say goes, but I really dont want this dude on our team. I see straight killers with guys like A1, Nick, etc. I dont see the culture fit
 
Matthews could be on the verge of shutting down his recruitment for good.

"I'm going to make a post [shutting down my recruitment] soon," he said.

That said, he says he does still hear from a few of his former finalists in Miami and LSU. He specified that communication with those programs is not significant at this point. For instance, his communication with the Hurricane coaching staff largely consists of head coach Mario Cristobal sending him Miami hype videos.

Anytime we do something it becomes viral even for the nfl. First Cam was doing his thing at WSU but when he did it at UM it took off. Now Mali does this here and it takes off.

If I was a player on another team I would never follow another trend I would set my own.
