How does this reconcile with the current (and somewhat proven strategy) of looking to the portal and not spending a ton on a high-risk proposition?Miami is heavily recruiting #1 2027 QB, Elijah Haven from Baton Rouge. He was previously leaning to UF. Miami is still pushing hard for QB Trent Seaborn.

That's a board myth. How does this reconcile with the current (and somewhat proven strategy) of looking to the portal and not spending a ton on a high-risk proposition?
Looking at the 24 classI would love for us to develop a HS QB into a multi-year starter, but from what I am seeing, paying up big NIL money at this position hasn't netted a ton.
Separately, I just can't trust anyone who has been leaning UF at any point these past few seasons.
Sayin transferred the same year, after Saban retired 3 weeks after he signed to Alabama.Sayin-Transferred to OSU after 1 season
I thought Sayin has looked pretty good. However, it's easy to put up numbers when you have the two best Wrs in college football on your team lolSayin transferred the same year, after Saban retired 3 weeks after he signed to Alabama.
Seems to directly contradict what D$ has preached about QB approach in the age of NIL.How does this reconcile with the current (and somewhat proven strategy) of looking to the portal and not spending a ton on a high-risk proposition?
He is 2028 at the moment and he's been repping us constantly so I don't sense that at all at this point.Anyone else get the feeling we’re aren’t really pushing for Lawrence?
Literally everyone says he is reclassifyingHe is 2028 at the moment and he's been repping us constantly so I don't sense that at all at this point.
Elephant in the room.. What happens if Lawrence reclassifies?Miami is heavily recruiting #1 2027 QB, Elijah Haven from Baton Rouge. He was previously leaning to UF. Miami is still pushing hard for QB Trent Seaborn.
