2027 Portal QBs

When I created the 2026 Portal QB tread, it was part in joke with how long it took Mario to do everything and also in part because most of the board felt we needed to improve in how we handled the portal and QBs to avoid these last second, desperation half-court shots.

This 2027 is also part in jest, but come on, Mario!!!!! 3 years is now enough especially with only one transfer window and what I expect are more playoff runs, which is a great thing.

Previous QB recommendations here were:
