That would seem like a smart idea, all things considered.I think our TE’s eat this year.

Same school as Chris Henry Jr.
Hope the kid doesn't pull his boy with him to Methville.

@Rellyrell , any intel here?
Agreed, i was done on how Dawson has utilized Arroyo last year, criminally underutilized
TrumpyCane agrees
Our offense struggled last year
These are **** good TE numbers. I think some posters wanted a “Kellen Winslow - 2003” type season from Arroyo and that wasn’t realistic. Nobody can guarantee Bowman unlimited targets.Arroyo the most talented offensive option
Arroyo had his most yards in game 1
Arroyo went 9 straight games with 3 catches or less ( didn’t have a catch vs Louisville)
Arroyo could have been a 1st round pick if he had more production . Hes going to absolute eat in the NFL

It’s not all play calling. Some QB’s prefer to throw to certain positions, and locations on the field. it was clear that Ward liked to throw deep to his WR’s, more than intermediate and short to his TE’s and RB’s. Going back many years, Testeverde, like Ward, liked to throw deep to his WR’s. His successor Steve Walsh (not the same cannon arm), liked to throw to his TE’s and RB’s.The top 5 TEs drafted this year
Colston Loveland- 5.6 catches per game
Tyler Warren- 6.5 catches per game
Mason Taylor- 4.6 catches per game
Terrance Ferguson- 3.6 catches per game
Elijah Arroyo- 2.7 catches per game

We always act like everything is on the OC. QB’s make a lot of choices. Beck LOVED throwing to Bowers, as any QB would have. So I expect more throws to the TE’s this season.
Michigan and PSU QB’s attempted a lot more passes to their TE’s than UM/Ward.
It’s just like a point guard in basketball. Some like to drive and kick which is good for their wings. Others like the Pick N Roll which benefits their bigs.

And?
TrumpyCane thinks your point would be more valid if the offense struggled
Mopes can't help themselves but find something to ***** about. When we win our 6th National Title, they'll be talking about how it took too long, wasn't dominant enough, we got lucky, and are going to lose too much talent the following year....TrumpyCane agrees

So why didn’t Cam throw to Arroyo? A QB as smart and off script as Cam who had freedom to change the plays? You really think Dawson or Mario prevented Cam from throwing to Arroyo? Nonsense. Cam made those decisions based on where he liked to throw, deep and outside.Work smarter not harder. Miami would have beat GT and Syracuse if they used him correctly. He should of had double digit TDs being the mismatch nightmare he is
I remember the WRs struggling to get open against FSU and beating man press, instead of force feeding Arroyo
Cam Ward is so special is why Miami had the #1 offense

What is your answer for why Cam did not throw more to Arroyo?
Probably because he had a lot of very experienced talented WRs to throw to that consistently got open.So why didn’t Cam throw to Arroyo?
