UCF is going to be worse than all four of those teams next year. UCF hasn’t had an above .500 season since joining the BIG XII Monster Energy™️ League.

I do agree that there is zero justification for why we haven’t scheduled a multi-year series with UCF. UF has 11 P4 opponents scheduled from 2028 to 2033 so it’s not like there’s an opening for that matchup anytime soon. USF presents no resistance and UF is scared of scheduling us.

That’s the point… decent opponent but we should beat fairly easily. Huge local interest so there would be a good crowd. I’d rather something like that over Bethune but that’s probably what it will end up being
 
I wonder if JK will feel weird when he has to play against Cal after he transfers to Miami this off-season. I guess he can ask Mensah what that feels like.

So would i but that’d required us to schedule them way in advance. We haven’t shown a recent willingness to commit to something that far out with all the chaos going on. UCF already plays @UNC next year and has a p4 ooc opponent lined up from now until 2031.

Hoping we do something like 2021 where we played Alabama in Atlanta to start the year yet still had a home game against Michigan State later on.
