Kickoff coverage looked dialed at least, but strong agree

That's probably the best part of STs.

The other units - meh.

Not sure why we only have one gunner on PRs. It kills our ability to cover punts (Hernandez had tons of room to work with) especially when you have a guy like Thornton as the gunner. Other top teams have 2 gunners. In spite of that, we STILL have had almost a couple punts blocked. I hate the formation.

Our gunner blockers were Bryce and Damari. Damari was useless. Almost has gotten Toney killed on two occasions and can't get in front of the opposing gunner.

What’s frustrating is that if you listen to Mario, he talks about how important STs are. Even on yesterday’s afternoon presser…someone asked him how he thinks Special Teams are doing.

And he went on a long rant that it’s just as important as the offense and defense, how it’s not a “break” for guys, how it hasn’t been good enough and needs to get better asap. But somehow we continue seeing the product on the field. I don’t get it.
