We’re going to enroll Josh Allen in a community college next year and bring him onto the roster in March.

Yea by the current rules or lackthereof we maybe could. That's my point. The NCAA is letting the train careen off the tracks. The fact it seems to be helping Miami is all the more impetus to lay down ground rules.
