Kind of absurd a QB hasn’t jumped on ship yet. QB positive offense, top 2 WR, top Oline, top Running game, previous years of portal QB success and Simpson airing out the money we’re offering.

Alberto is a complete unknown. I wouldn't be surprised if he wins the job. I wouldn't be surprised if Emory beats him out.

Alberto only played mop up duty this year, but IMHO he’s much better than Emory and is going to be a quality QB. Has a good and accurate arm, good awareness, completed 75% of his passes, and averaged almost 15 yards/run. Dude has the same qualities of his older brother as a player.

Cig obviously doesn’t think he’s ready, and he certainly isn’t in comparison to a 3-year Big XII starter. In comparison to Emory? I love Emory for being a good soldier, but I’d take Alberto all day.

NC State is not matching $5-6.5M. Its a massive overpay but f it, make it happen.

Edit- Total guess but id be generally surprised if Bailey was getting $2-2.5M from NCS and could easily be more like $1-2M.

I'm sure Bailey feels loyal to them and scorned by Miami but that is legit life changing money to set you and your family up forever (especially if NFL doesn't happen). You'd be insane to say no
