Not only that, but you're asking them to do it on the last few days of the portal window. They'd be completely ******** over their program and staff. That's a lot to ask a kid to do.
 
I think if we were all in on Bailey, we’d have him by now.

For whatever reason, we’re not interested.

And maybe that’s why DMoney has been talking non stop about him on the podcast.

He’s trying to convince the staff that this is
our best move. The Hecht knows he’s a mouthpiece for the fan base. They listen to the podcasts.
 
I refuse to believe Miami would be unable to lure Bailey. That kid and his family aren’t going to pass up an extra million+ just because he’s butt hurt or his boys transferred to NC State. So, if Bailey doesn’t enter the portal, I presume Miami has someone better lined up.

You gotta conserve energy. This may go on for a while. Imagine we get stopgap QB from bum****istan for Spring Practice, then this thread keeps going, perhaps even until the final day to register for classes in Fall semester.
 
The Ohio guy needs a waiver for a 7th year. No way we take him as our #1 not knowing if he'll even be eligible........


















Or that's exactly a thing this staff would do.

I don’t think we want him. And it’s as simple as that. It’s the only thing that makes sense to me at this point.

I never underestimate the ability of stupid. But this staff has done some questionable things just like they all do on all teams.
But not getting g or planning for a qb is pretty bad. So I doubt that the issue is incompetence or failure to plan.

So either
A: Coleman must be killing it cause we’ve seen the other dudes and they aren’t it.

Or

B: There is a team out there with a qb that’s gonna declare tomorrow and all hail is gonna break lose.
