Sorsby - whoever misses will overpay on their backup guy and schools will start to panic, afraid they will miss out.

If he drags this out, it could get interesting bc teams may take a sure thing over waiting.

Big difference between this cycle and the last two. From Day 1, we had a top target who pretty much every insider here said would end up at Miami. They were both roller coasters, especially in Ward's case. But those proved true.

There is no top target and yeah the portal has been open for 12 hours but people have been tampering for 12 weeks. That's reality.

Fair enough. Admittedly, not a Mateer guy. It's early and I trust Mario but I've got some hesitation on this year's options

Where did you see/hear we have someone (QB) on campus?

Nothing specific. What I have read and heard is that getting that first visit as soon as the portal opens is hugely important. We had guys coming in to visit as soon as the portal opened the last couple cycles. Can’t imagine this year will be any different

Raiola was sacked 9 times in one game this season. Even with a bad line, that’s impressive.

Only anxiety I have - is the fact we have the disadvantage of preparing for a Semifinal game, while trying to construct a roster to make a run next season.

And the fact there is no backup plan with a 2nd portal window.

Other than that - we one game from a title fight on our home field and city. Would be EPIC.
