I think regardless who we end up with we are absolutely going for Sorsby #1.

From there I can see any of Mestemaker, Mateer, or Raiola making sense.

And I see Bailey as being the fall back option.

Steve says that sources have told him there will be a big name who enters the portal and who we end up with people will be very happy with it.

Pete also mentions he believes the "big name" Steve is alluding to is Mateer....

If it is Mateer, I think he would do really well here. He probably wishes he came here to begin with after seeing how good our oline protects qbs and that we also have a true WR1 in Toney for next year. Fletcher and Pringle would combine to have monster years imo.

He came back too early from his injury.

He was injured in game 4 against Auburn by Faulk. That was 6/3 but also had another 5 tds on the ground.
Had arguably the best day of any qb that played Michigan this year.

Would rather have Duff or Marsh. Watching iron bowl kid dropped a ton of balls. Hes good but not insane price tag level good.

Agree, but only because I’m assuming the price tag is much lower. I’d throw TJ Moore into that mix if he hops in.

I would be pretty content with him. Not a superstar but in the very good category. Consistent performer who gives us insurance if JoJo can't grow up or if Moore/Upshaw got injured. Also allows Milan and Wingo to develop at more natural rate.
