What’s the argument against CJ Bailey if he jumps in the portal? He is accurate, strong arm, can run. He has put up good stats on a bad football team. I feel like he would be a great fit but I’m not a eval guy so is there something I’m missing?

His accuracy started out bad. I still wouldn't describe him as accurate for sure. He can still be erratic. He has improved a lot since last season. He would perform well in our system and the talent we would have around him. I still believe his legs are his best asset which has also improved. I wouldn't have a issue with him being here, but I like several others ahead of him. We are going to be fine at portal QB. I believe they are favoring a couple I like better, but those will be a scuffle to get. One more win on the 31st would look nice before the portal opens.

I don’t think his hand had enough time to heal and it messed with his throwing motion the rest of the season.

I know he wants to get PAID. But if they get the sense he's going to slow play us until our other options are off the board and we have no choice but to overpay, I hope Mario tells him to kick rocks. He's not worth top 3 money as it is.
