We keep playing with fire every year trying to lock up a portal QB so late in the process. While Beck missed Spring ball to an injury last year, I think we can all agree having a transfer QB miss Spring ball is not ideal. That also to will eventually bite you in the *** if that happens again.

This staff makes so many things more difficult than they need to. Every other top tier program locked up QB(s) with ease and relatively quick. ****, Indiana locked theres up 10 days ago. There is literally zero excuse for us to be in this position yet again.

There’s no reason for him to stay. He’d be a fool not to cash out now.

If he stays, he’ll be exposed like Matt Barkley, or the trio of qbs who came back this year and flopped - Nussmeier, Klubnik, and Allar.
 
If Raiola was the guy he'd be here i have to believe. I believe we haven't found our guy, are content with what we have with Nickel, or our guy isn't known yet. I hoping it's the last option, but like i said.....i'm a coach hater (although i admit this run is making it hard as **** and i have to give him props as i think he is coaching how the big man should the last 7 games), but he has earned the runway to find his QB how he wants.

Talking strictly proven guys that are returning starters. I assume we're only going to go that route and not pivot to St. Clair or something because we didn't try for Longstreet at all.

St. Clair actually wants out i've heard but that doesn't mean anything, and he's never started a game. Judd just needs to find a nice latina and then he will be elite

Usually these deals will be contingent on things or have put.

What if the deal is only effective upon him gaining eligibility and being enrolled?

Then before he wins in court he can unenrolll and that agreement will be worthless…

And just to put it simply, is Ole Miss prepared to pay for the 2 QBs they added, one of which is a former 5star that wants to start, and Chambliss who is probably deserving of top dollar after his cfp performance…

Can confirm it’s not him.

Also for the Raiola crowd, I’m as high on him as anyone else…but there’s two rumors.

1. He’s willing to sit for a year and learn
2. He’s not going to be ready by September.
