It has to be Raiola. If they worked out terms and signed him up, he would have been asked to go about his business, keep quiet and not take any visits. That is exactly what is happening. I'm fairly certain if we look at players at other positions of need doing the same, we will have answers there too.
If you look at all the movement & noise this makes sense.

My theory agrees with this. The silence on Raiolas side speaks volumes.

I suppose its possible he has that agreement with Oregon instead. But I do think Raiola is signed sealed and delivered to somebody already.

Exactly, could very well be Oregon.

My theory is that Raiola is waiting to see what Dante Moore does. If Moore returns, UM is well positioned. If not, I think he's Oregon bound. Maybe Demond Williams shakes that up.

Root for Indiana to tank Moore's draft prospects.

1 game isn’t going to tank his draft status especially in a weak qb class. The question is does moore want to play for the jets or not. And based on his post he doesnt

Tank is a strong word, but it could knock him down into late first round / early 2nd round territory. He's only played a few strong defenses this year -- Indiana, Iowa, and Texas Tech -- and his performances were lackluster. Another repeat lackluster performance against Indiana could drop him a bit and encourage him to come back to college for more development.

An Oregon loss could also motivate him to come back for another year and win a championship.

That's what some LSU folks are saying. Others are saying Lane got word and was ****ed he was visiting Tennessee after he left Baton Rouge and that's when an offer to Williams was made.

depends on who you listen to over on TD. According to them, the DWill stuff has been in the works for some time as Lane has always had an affinity for the kid since his commitment to Ole Miss. Not 100% sure on the timing and how that relates to the Leavitt visit but I doubt Lane was surprised about what unfolded with DWIll.

Nah, unless he has a Vinny Testeverde type day (and even so), no chance he falls out of the top 10. That game has more implications on who will go first overall, but it wont knock any of them down to late first or second round.
