He just landed the top or one of the top QBs two years in a row...one just happened to be a lemon. It happens.

We'll get a top guy next year, too. Our money is still green and the checks still cash.

Bruh how is this even possible? North Texas HC the goat QB evaluator.. wow

This kid's arm talent is insane. The issue: 2 years of playing QB at North Texas. IF we keep Dawson, he is actually a great fit because they run an Air Raid-based offense. He also has the ability to run but isn't asked to run much. Better than Beck and Cam by a long stretch. Turnovers: 4 through 8 games with 3 against USF. I have him in the top 10 of potential 2nd year QBs.

Brendan Sorsby should be our goal. I wanted to bring him in with Ward but he went to Cincy. Mario has a connect there with Satterfield too.

He may look at his pro prospects after the season.

If we serious about a qb, need to overpay and get it done day 1 when portal opens.

and to compound the issue, Mario will take his usual 2-3 months to hire an OC once Dawson leaves.

I’d take him as a one year rental. Would also add another dimension to our offense with his legs.

If Sellers is the guy it needs to be FAST. If we wait again it’s going to cost us at WR. We need someone to come in as a #1. Also need a major TE threat. Can’t do that if we are waiting for everyone’s aunts and uncles to decide if they are
