Top 5 CB Rankings:

1. Mansoor Delane
- Hands down the absolute best pure cover corner in the draft. The best press man technician who combines elite footwork, with elite athleticism & high IQ. Lockdown Corner. Has the cleanest tape in the draft. There's 2 years of him playing nearly flawless coverage on film.
Comp: Devon Witherspoon

2. Aveion Terrell
- Elite technically sound Cover Corner. Aggressive in Press Man & has the best one-hand jam stirring technique in the whole draft. Top tier hip fluidity. High Football pedigree & similarly to Delane, received excellent tutelage & teaching from one of the best CB's coaches in CFB. Not a 6ft'er, but not a problem, he can cover perfectly fine as a Boundary Corner. His arm length is exceptional for his size & frame, which allows him to maintain his agressive & physical playstyle even against bigger WR's
Comp: Trent McDuffie

3. Jermod McCoy
- Prototype size, speed & athletic ability. Terrific Ball skills, with great recovery speed on Deep breaking routes. He was a gambler in coverage & could do so quite often because of his natural athletic ability allowed for him to take more chances. Really good speed-turn in phase on deep routes. Obviously the knee injury isn't what you want, but that can be cleaned up with a good surgeon. Still a 1st round talent.
Comp: Trevon Diggs

4. Colton Hood
- Has all the physical traits & tools to be an immediate contributor. Very aggressive in Coverage, sometimes a little too aggressive. Is mostly a Press Man Corner, but whichever team that drafts him will figure out how to get him to utilize his traits in Off coverage. Probably has the highest upside from an athletic standpoint amongst the CB group. Plays in front of his feet sometimes, but has quick-twitch reactionary skills that keeps him alive in routes even when he's beat.
Comp: Tyson Campbell

5. D'Angelo Ponds
- Mighty Mouse; Small Corner with elite speed & coverage ability. His plays with extremely quick feet staying square inside the WR's chest. This allows for him to always have great positioning even against taller WR's. Despite the inclination to immediately move him to Nickel, he can play Ouside & be perfectly fine, especially in Off coverage. His lack of ideal height/size actually gives him an advantage being able to watch the QB's eyes, while using great close out speed to disrupt passes at the top of routes. 1st round talent, that likely slides to the 2nd.
Comp: Faster Mike Sainstril

**** you're not in on Chris Johnson!

Also are you just completely throwing out his 40? 40 yard dash for CB is basically the only position I actually care about 40 time for. Not that I think he'll be bad, but that was truly a dog**** 40 he ran. I really ike him he seems very likely to be just a good player. But if he's really that slow I think his high end is decently limited. That's Why I struggled where to put him. Had he ran a 4.4 or faster I'd have him probably 3rd after mccoy. Well given mccoys injury, maybe above.... But McCoy due to injury and Terrell due to speed are major concerns for me. Like Ponds is far faster and seems like would be the better value pick if I were a gm given he's likely going to get drafted like 10-20 spots lower
