MEGA 2026 CFB SZN Thread, Nationwide; Non-Miami Specific

I thought Kalen DeBoer was going to get run out of Alabama because their program has insane standards and the smoke last offseason was real. He’s an elite HC, i just thought he might end up 9-3 or 10-2 with Keelon Russell and Finnebaum would lead the riot. Tbh, still could happen although i heavily doubt it now with how great Russell looks.

none of these squads look unbeatable though.

DeBoer is a good HC but I’m still not totally sold on Bama. Still think they have a couple Ls in them .

SCar is a bottom feeder in the SEC this year and dead in the water.

Mississippi State cornerbacks are active in the airfield

Miss State has given up the most passing yards per game in the SEC (250) however I see that as partially because they’ve played 3 p4 teams, with qbs who’ve all passed for 800-1000 yards this season, plus their fourth opponent was fbs. UF is right next to them, and they did bad against Auburn, but also had to go against FAU and ole miss who are lethal throwing.

Regardless, should make the ‘bama duel more interesting considering both sides’ dbs.
 
it’s going to be crazy to look back on that 2025 Penn state roster because the analysts correctly gauged it as loaded.

8 NFL Draft picks (round x selected within: 1x1, 3x1, 4x2, 5x3, 6x1) aside, we’ve seen the players who stayed ball out, players who transferred to VT do amazing, and players who went elsewhere succeed as well (Tennessee, Clemson, UNC, etc.).

Franklin vs Campbell over the next five years should be fascinating. I’m glad FSU thought they were too good for James Franklin lmao.
