MEGA 2026 CFB SZN Thread, Nationwide; Non-Miami Specific

So Johnson and McKinney are out this week, and ND fans on their on3 board and on twitter believe they’ll both be out for our game too. Obviously at this point every team in America is dealing with injuries to key players. These are starters, but I know nothing about their replacements. I know you are high on McKinney, do you know who is replacing him? @Memnon

Their fans hate Ash, they think he is super passive and hate their soft zone that they have been apparently been spamming this season more than they’d like. If their CB2 is out, I’d assume it’ll probably be more of the same.

*Johnson has been out all year apparently, so nothing new. Talich has replaced him and he looks like a big stiff to me.

It'll most likely be Jayden Sanders, unless they keep him on the Boundary Side.

If they do, it'll be Mark Zackery.

OR, they could move Christian Gray to Boundary & put Mark Zackery at Nickel.

They have enough depth to shuffle the Secondary & still play at a high level.

Lucky. 😂

Curious to see what happens here with him. He’s going to ask for $5-6m again to stay. Will Oregon want someone else depending on new OC
He’s going to get drafted in the 1st round of the NFL draft. 9 TDs 0 INTs on the year, 50 TDs and 19 INTs in his career on 725+ career passing attempts, 24 career starts (19-5 record) just one under the league’s preferred prerequisite of 25. He played a bunch in games at UCLA that he didn’t start.

The narratives being spun about these SEC teams are incredible…..heard a national reporter say Tennessee might be the best team in the country lmaooooo

Dummies don’t even know that Colorado has a legit defense which is why the Utah game was close….in one breathe they throw shade to Utah while in the other praise TT’s win over ASU as if Colorado didn’t just do the same thing to Utah as they did to TT for 50+ minutes last week.

BYU really needed that W not just for themselves but from their conference at large. Of course more people are mad about the alleged phantom holding call ….. I love the Miami hate as they talk about bama and UGA losing because they were so exhausted from the previous week lmao “hungover.”
The Miami hate on social media is ablaze. I finally got x at 41 because this gofundme but the SEC slobfest over there and Miami hate is EPIC UNREAL! 🔥

Someone tried to tell me Toney and Legree at Oregon state cannot win the heisman over Jeremiah Smith because they’re playing inferior competition…..said Smith is going against NFL talent week in and week out lmaooooo. Ofc an OSU fan boosts their guy however the hate is widespread without a doubt….for a lot of national commentators, they don’t know how to process the fact that a team outside the B1G or SEC could contend for titles.

People are still ****ed we got Mensah lmao. Got Tobacco Road schools thinkin we paid the refs yet alone FSU’s fans and coaches’ nonsense :roll-canes2:

Wow see I’d never take him high he hasn’t shown enough IMO.
Not my preferred type of quarterback however the NFL has been steady in praising him, a ton of folks ranked him above Mendoza last year.

Mind you, right now that there’s still buzz that a few GMs are crazy enough to take Sellers in the late 1st round lol. If Mestemaker decides to come back, Moore can go high as #1 IMO.

25 scouts/executives were polled at the beginning of the year who would be the 1st qb taken: Moore (14), Manning (7), Sellers (2), Carr (1) and Leavitt (1). Mensah and Chambliss will be first round picks imo however can’t see either going top 3 considering who the draftniks (professional and amateur) favor.

Not a bulletproof poll by any means; just using it to illustrate that where their heads are at. My top 3 are Chambliss, Mensah and Maiava; and I’m literally just a sentient household snack named cookies.

Anytime he has gone against an NFL talent he for bottles up. Texas and Indiana are the only teams they have faced who NFL talent in the secondary. Every other secondary he has faced has been garbage.
