2026-27 Men's Basketball Transfer Portal



I, obviously, wanted something done. This is not what i wanted done; seems like an idiotic overreaction. There are some dual nationality American/european kids like the one who signed to duke that shouldn’t be punished for being good enough to play professionally as a teenager and signing to Duke at 17.

A lot of players who averaged like 4 ppg last year and are 19-21 years old have played a single euroleague game.

People just didn’t want international dudes who are 22-24 with 4 years of eligibility entering college yo lol.
 


He makes a good case that NC State will be better than a lot of people think.
Also, the biggest mistake with the transfer portal is that most guys don't get better with the transfer, they get worse.

just seems weird he hasn't picked a spot... where he fits on teams rosters seems like something he'd figure out in one day... as a back up big I can't think the NIL negotiating is too complex.. unless he's caught between starting on one team for lower money, or coming off bench for more money?!

The programs he’s considering (Arkansas, not us) don’t know their own limits and rosters yet either. Still 30 or so players who are in limbo between staying in the NBA Draft and returning to college. Deadline is at midnight tonight

Don’t know anything about how a player returning or staying in would affect his thought process; i just know Arkansas isn’t settled in yet compared to where we are.
