Louisville is paying him and Shelstad $4.5mil each. Has nothing to do with what Duke is doing

Louisville has to pay them $4.5M. If Duke had a need and wanted to pay him $4.5M, he would be in Durham.
Obviously, Duke doesn't feel like he is a need.
