This is the type of scoring guard I would like. Not sure if he fits Jai's defensive preferences (based on size, never seen him play).

The best scoring guard available when he hits the portal. I doubt he’s a fit but i wish we would pursue him.

Bring the Sagemont boys back home Jai the Gawd. Able + Thomas would be exactly what we need in Coral Gables


We have three spots open — at least. If we get Able and Thomas, we don’t need McCoy and can sign Peck or get a transfer big with that last spot. However, just based on how things are now, I expect more spots to open up.

Bringing these 2 in would definitely be a great start to improving this teams scoring and ft shooting next year, which should be the focus for jai in the portal, along with defense

He averaged 9/3/1 in 21 minutes. I only watched 5 or 6 NCST games but he was more of a spot up shooter, he handled the ball well but I don’t remember him taking it to the rim often. When you think about the production we need to replace in the portal with the seniors that are leaving I’m just not sure that Able is it.

Thats what im worried about. Unless he is good to be a 6th man.

Obviously, a former 5 star like him, you can expect a jump in year 2. But the question is if he showed that ability. I didnt watch enough NC ST to make an opinion.

Were losing Renue and Tre, two seniors we brought in. Id be surprised if go with multiple young (Sophmore) transfers to depend on, especially considering the Cayden rumors are already one.
