Samurai hoops is talking crazy crazy.

Scheyer is not going to the Bulls lol; at least not now with how it’s constructed. Maybe 5-15 years down the line. I don’t see Tommy Lloyd leaving Arizona.

Ambivalent on whether or not Kansas comes open.

Nate Oats going to UNC is something I can see happening; agreed. Going to be a lot of names attached to UNC; tbh I don’t see Dusty May going there but I could see Todd Golden going there.

LSU is interesting because it’s been radio silence there since their season ended. . . I want that job to open up more than anywhere else.

Mark Byington is going to be the hire at UNC. Will Wade goes back to LSU if that opens.

Feels like they could do better than that but that’d be interesting to watch unfold.

He has run into some of the same problems that has UNC fans irate with Hubert; not being able to retain their top players for one reason or another. Vandy lost 3 dudes they badly needed to keep from last year.
 
Here we go with the inferiority complex crap from our fanbase. There's little reason to believe that UNC will even interview Jai Lucas, much less hire him. UNC will either go for a huge name(Billy Donovan), or they will keep it in the family and hire someone that can be a bridge until they get the guy they truly want, or someone emerges as that guy. It's UNC, we've seen mildly competent coaches be one half of basketball away from a national title, imagine what a solid tactician can do with this program.

Billy Donovan or Todd Golden would be my early guesses

Maybe if Golden or May went there but that’s not happening. Vandy, Iowa State or Gonzaga aren’t better jobs than Miami and I’d argue Bama isn’t either
