2025 Senior Bowl

Some great stories about kids that play on smaller schools. One of the most talked about Olineman - Zabel- from South Dakota State - was offered all kinds of NIL money to transfer last season. He chose to stay and took the NIL money SDSt paid him and bought 250 acres of farmland. He's an Agri-business major and decided to set himself up for the future....

North dakota state.

Hes from north dakota a city with the populatoon of 70 and ndsu produce nfl lineman for the last decade or so so him staying there wasnt a hard bet on himself.

If i was a lineman like frankie tuia who left us i would be contacting ndsu. Ols dont have to go to big schools to be found. ( you might not like living there but u will be on the nfl radar there)

There is a div 3 center that stonewalled a uga dt earlier in the week.

That ndsu kid gonna be rich as **** after his playing career his family alrwady had a farm business going. Abd he got the two degrees in it with millions on the way.

Like @Memnon said, there will come a point next season when we realize we lost a ton of talent from the '24 team, particularly on offense.
I mean every single person should comprehend that going from the #1 offense with the QB about to be the top pick in the draft, losing 1 OLineman to the draft, and losing our top 3 WRs, top RB, and top TE all to the draft (and then our 2nd TE and 3rd or 4th WR to portal) has VERY VERY low odds of us getting anywhere close to similar results this upcoming season lol. Like this should be absolutely zero surprise whatsoever lol.

HOWEVER it is also entirely possible to have replaced all those guys with solid to good players and still get good or even great results. Last seasons results were unquestionably elite. Its one of the best offenses in CFB over the last like 10 years lol. That type of output should never be the expectation. The goal is top still be a top 10 or at worst top 25 offense still. And of course for our Defense to massively improve into a top 25 unit...

So how the heck do we end up with guys like Tommy Kennedy from those schools?

#1 is really hard to replicate. Top 10 should be viable given our OL + Beck as the core. But we are still in need of a couple weapons. Too much production lost.
