Tears 2025 NFL Cuts of UM players (What a Bloodbath!)

Respectfully, what coach since Coker hasn’t built a roster full of NFL talent? Our problem is not a roster full of NFL talent, it’s been a roster full of 1st - 4th Rd talent.
Mario was billed as an Elite recruiter. Elite recruiters don’t construct rosters that see so many NFL cuts.

But I guess he needs four more years to get to that. And this isn’t directed at you cuz I know you not on that wave

I swear it seems some of yall thrilled to death X got cut. The anti Restrepo brigade out in full force. Never seen so many I told you so’s. Prob the same dudes who were trying to run him out after his Jr season. How’d that turn out?
What the **** are you talking about? There isn’t anyone that is celebrating the fact that he got cut and we all wish he didn’t. But it’s OK to point out the reasons he did get cut, which was the fact that he ran a 4.8 and that flat out isn’t fast enough to play slot receiver in the NFL. That’s reality, it’s not ****ting on him, it’s just the truth.

every year around this time you see who are more fan of the um program and more fan of the ego stroking off i told you so.

I loved X as a Cane. Upset that he opted out of the Bowl game and that Cam only played half. We would have 100% won that game and gotten the bowl game monkey off our backs. 11-2 looks much better for the program rather than losing 3 out of the last 4 games.

Here’s the guys that made the cut (active 53-man)

From the class of 2015:
Denzel Perryman (LAC)

These are the “drafted” Hurricanes that are currently active in the NFL, not including practice-squad signees. Pls note, Leonard Taylor, to his credit, did make the 53-man roster as a UDFA (NYJ).
Don't know if I missed it but... is DJ Dallas still on someone's roster?

The fact that our WR 1 was a 5'9 200lb 4.8 WR was honestly sad. I'm very appreciative for everything X has done for the U but he's a WR3 on a top tier team and he was our WR1 by a long shot. You can either be short and extremely fast or tall and slow with great route running and a huge catch radius. What you cannot be is short and slow, which is catching up to him in the NFL.
X was a baller here other than that fumble vs Syracuse. The NFL is just a different game.

Martinez, George, Brown, Restrepo all cut. Horton obviously still in college and Arroyo made the Seahawks roster. Christ that is just embarrassing.
Congrats my boy you just figured out Cam did the heavy lifting. When X ran a 4.8 I knew he was cooked, and even if he played ST for PR's he would get caught. Like I said Horton is a jag as well and Cam made those guys look all world.....he was that good

And X can get open but the speed is different they will be able to cover him. He will get open sometimes but not like college and if he doesn't have a great QB that's accurate he wont do well in the league.

Why we haven't won anything relevant or made the playoffs. We won't until we start putting NFL quality players in the league. Not jags.

ban brock for that, cant believe someone said that. Going by stats again, when people use stats all the time I just think they play Madden all day. Stats don't tell you how talented a wr group is a lot of the time.
Put OSU skill guys on Miami with Ward and defense wouldn't matter, we'd have scored 70 every game.
