Can somebody explain to me why ND isn’t on this graphic? Comparable metrics to all of these teams and much better RPI than UVA. Did finishing under .500 in ACC play keep them out of consideration altogether?

Completely different committee and part of a conference so I doubt it.

I don’t think they deserved to get in, just think they were on equal footing as the teams shown.
